Steam 正红的被鬼抓模拟游戏《Phasmophobia》（中译：恐鬼症）有着相当独特的玩法，玩家可以通过麦克风与鬼魂通话，借此召唤鬼魂收集证据。

不过，游戏毕竟是外国人开发的，即便游戏界面支持中文，对话功能也没有支持中文语音（如果有回答声请揍你那爱吓人的队友），因此外媒IGN便整理出所有会触发鬼魂回应的英文对话，玩家在使用通灵盒或通灵板时可试着Speaking English。

如同温度计与EMF 读取仪，通灵盒也是初期相当好用的搜证道具，一般最常使用通灵盒来呼叫（按B 键）鬼的名字，如果鬼魂没有回应，则可试试看其他的问法（当然也有可能该类型的鬼魂不会说话），若鬼回应就能顺利获得证据，不过通常建议是最后再使用通灵盒，以防走不出这栋鬼屋...

通灵板是只有在特定几张地图才会出现的特殊物品，其玩法如同碟仙、笔仙一样，玩家找到通灵板后需要透过麦克风发话的方式向鬼问问题，但注意会消耗SAN 值。

通灵板的位置通常相当偏僻，鬼魂如果回应的话则会触发EMF 读取仪反应，发问者则会扣减SAN 值。同时，玩家必须考虑到鬼魂发怒的可能性，一旦通灵板沟通失败，通灵板将无法再次作用，且灯光会开始闪烁，使用者会大幅扣减40% SAN 值，鬼魂也将进入猎杀模式。

不管怎样，游戏中最有趣的莫过于难以分辨音效，传来的究竟是鬼魂声响还是队友开玩笑的声音，可以肯定的是，《恐鬼症》的鬼不会说中文……
