CO-LAB's projects create a greater connection with the natural world through design, and each project weaves the architectural program with the aesthetic of each site to create a unique design, based on sustainability principles. The natural materials and hand-made decorations are purchased to create new compositional relationships around nature, soft breezes, light and shadows.

CASA ARECA
Casa Areca藏在郁郁葱葱的槟榔棕榈景观中，在一楼设有4间带连接浴室的卧室，-允许使用开放式底楼。厨房、餐厅和起居室在空间上是一体的，通过可伸缩的或旋转的地板到天花板的玻璃门向外开放。
Casa area, tucked into the lush betel palm landscape, has four bedrooms on the ground floor with en-suite bathrooms -- an open ground floor. The kitchen, dining room and living room are spatially integrated and open to the outside through glass doors from the retractable or rotating floor to the ceiling.
用石头建造的石墙，房屋的墙壁由CMU砌块和钢筋混凝土建造而成，并用白色抛光水泥技术进行了装饰。浅灰色抛光水泥地板与墙壁相得益彰，创造出柔和的色彩。该项目的木材是从一个林场本地采伐的，经过处理以匹配整个房屋携带的柔和色彩，温暖宁静。
Stone walls, made of CMU blocks and reinforced concrete, are decorated with white polished cement. Light Grey polished concrete floors and walls complement each other to create soft colors. The timber of the project was harvested locally from a forest farm and treated to match the soft colors and warmth of the entire house.
精心设计的大量窗户可捕捉盛行的微风，全年保持房屋凉爽新鲜，营造出宁静的氛围，是在海滩度过一天后放松身心的最佳场所。
Plenty of windows are designed to capture the prevailing breeze, keep the house cool and fresh throughout the year, and create a tranquil atmosphere that is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.

CASA AVIV
Casa Aviv是位于墨西哥图卢姆的现代化私人住宅，坐落在丛林中，将室内和室外融合为一个宽敞，宁静的空间。由两个平行的空间组成，可容纳总共4间带连接浴室的卧室，高高的天花板，开放式厨房用餐和起居区，一个私人游泳池和一个360º屋顶露台。
Casa Aviv is a modern private residence in Tulum, Mexico, located in the jungle, where the interior and exterior merge into a spacious, tranquil space. Composed of two parallel spaces, it accommodates a total of four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, high ceilings, open kitchen dining and living areas, a private pool and a 360 roof terrace.
该房屋朝向东西，充分利用了盛行风和对流通风。朝北的天窗用间接的自然光填充不同的空间，从而形成柔和地穿过房屋反射的光影对比。
The House faces East and West, taking full advantage of prevailing winds and convection ventilation. The north facing skylight fills the different spaces with indirect natural light, creating a soft contrast of light and shadow reflected through the house.

The surfaces are hand finished, the warm grey polished concrete walls contrast with the black terrazzo floors, the charred Cedar Woodwork complements the neutral tones, and the furniture and lighting features are custom designed to meet the needs of the house.

On the ground floor, the living roomdining room, kitchen and two bedrooms open to the garden, the master bedroom has a private terrace with direct access to the pool, and the double height living room space extends into the pool and garden through floor to ceiling revolving glass doors, the interior and exterior are integrated into a single space filled with natural light and landscaped gardens.

TULUM TREEHOUSE
项目位于图卢姆最富生机的海岸线上，隐匿于茂密的热带雨林中。白色的混凝土房子隐藏在碧绿树荫下，独享一处平静的神秘空间。
The project is located on Tulum's most vibrant coastline, hidden in lush tropical rain forests. The white concrete house hides in the shade of green trees and enjoys a tranquil and mysterious space.
基于灵活的设计理念，该树屋可以只租用三间卧室，也可以作为五居室的住宿，另外还包括两卧室的地面花园层。室内外空间相互连通，吊床和户外淋浴让客人获得独特的户外体验，更为吸引人的是，屋顶的12人用餐长桌可以让人在用餐时享受无尽的丛林景色。
Based on the flexible design concept, the Tree House can be rented with only three bedrooms or as a five-bedroom accommodation, as well as a two-bedroom garden floor. Connected Indoor and outdoor spaces, hammocks and outdoor showers give guests a unique outdoor experience, while the 12-person dining table on the roof offers endless jungle views.
