卡比·拉吉·拉玛
Kabi Raj Lama
1986年生于尼泊尔加德满都。
2009年毕业于尼泊尔加德满都大学艺术与设计系，获学士学位。
2014年毕业于日本明星大学版画系，获硕士学位。
现任教于加德满都大学，承担版画教学工作。
作品曾在尼泊尔、中国、日本、德国、印度、美国等国家的美术馆、艺术机构和博物馆展出。
曾荣获2018年度哈佛大学（南亚学院）艺术访问学者奖学金。
Born in 1986 in Katmandu, Nepal.
He graduated from Department of Art And Design, Kathmandu University in 2009 and went Japan to study printmaking in 2011 at Meisei University.
Recently he is teaching Printmaking at Kathmandu University.
His work have been exhibited at various international galleries, institutes and museums in Nepal, China, Japan, Germany, India, USA.
He is the recipient of Harvard University (South Asia Institute) Visiting Arts Fellowship 2018.

“尼泊尔平版印刷工作室2015年就建立了，但直到2019年才买回一台平版印刷机。崭新的且充满活力的开放式专业版画工作室位于加德满都市中心，且为卡比·拉吉·拉玛拥有和经营。虽然这个工作室是私人所有，但是它在尼泊尔建立了一个具有支持性和互动性的版画/艺术家社区。工作室占地2500平方英尺，有20英尺高的天花板，自然光充足且有一个大的卷帘式车库门。”
" Litho Nepal was founded in 2015 although the litho press was brought in 2019. Its new vibrant open access professional print studio in the heart of Kathmandu owned and operated by Kabi Raj lama. Although privately owned the studio fosters a supportive and interactive community of printmakers/artists in Nepal. Studio occupies 2500 Square feet of open floor space with 20 feet ceilings with abundant natural light and a large roll-up garage door. "

" The Studio is fully equipped mainly for lithography, a collection of 15 soft yellow lithography stones ranging in size from small to medium. One large litho press ( 41’’/ 68’’ press bed ) , Two inking stations, sufficient no of rollers. It has an efficient storage rack for ink, rollers, papers and stone. "

" It's a flexibly organized space where one can draw, prepare the plate, and print smoothly. There is a semi private kitchen where one can make a tea and enjoy the food.
In future planning to add more stones and preparing to offer classes on lithography. "

" I have been traveling around the world since 2011 exploring, working, interacting with different printmakers. After my first visit to Guanlan when I saw the workshop and studio, it gave me the idea of a perfect print studio. So for me the perfect studio is all about organizing the space and working with professional people. "
“虽然我的工作室刚成立不久，还需要添加很多相应的设施。但这是一个安静的、可以让人沉思的空间，在这里我可以花上数小时用来画画、思考和印刷。现在这个工作室已成为可以让志趣相投的人聚集在一起，互相分享想法、一起吃饭、听音乐的地方。”
" Although my studio is new and there are lots of other facilities to be added. It's a quiet and meditative space where I can draw, think and print for hours. Now it has become a place where like minded people gather and share ideas, having food together, and listening to music. "
