也爆出了学霸简历造假的实锤

如今东窗事发，成为令人唏嘘的失信人
说到造假，很多小伙伴都不约而同想到了fake，即将卸任的美国总统也对这个单词情有独钟，几乎所有主流媒体都被他定义为fake news。
Trump has been devilishly adept at undermining the media's credibility with the public. He has called the free press "the enemy of the people." When he does not like a story, he calls it "fake news."
devilish：单词构成：devil ish，devil即魔鬼、恶棍的意思，ish作为尾缀表示……的样子，所以这个词的意思便为邪恶的，如恶魔般的， ly变成副词时，意为非常地，表程度；
adept at：擅长，adept和adapt需要注意区分，后者表示适应，与此搭配的介词为to
fake除了形容词的用法，还可以当名词，比如：When your friend acts sweet but spreads rumors about you behind your back, you can call her a fake.（两面三刀的朋友可以被叫做fake）；
也可以当动词使用，比如：If you've ever tried to fake a grade on your report card, you know that it's especially hard to change an F to an A.（在成绩单上改分数可以用fake a grade，但是如果要把F改成A，还是很有难度的）
那么除了fake之外，还有什么词汇可以表示造假呢？
forge
铁匠用来锻造马蹄铁的熔炉被称作forge，那么to forge something就是将物体放入熔炉敲打成形，这种行为后被引申为为了欺骗的目的去伪造某物。比如：forge a signature，forge a resume, forge a passport.
counterfeit
赝品或伪造品，如 a counterfeit Rolex watch
counterfeit来自于古法语，contre faire，前者表示counter或against，后者表示to make，两者加起来意为to make in imitation，也就是制作仿品。
例：Every scan leaves a digital trail, reducing the risks of theft or counterfeiting.
每次扫描都会留下一个数字痕迹，降低了盗窃或伪造的风险。
fabricate
制造、安装、拼凑，put together，比如拼装宜家家具；但是fabricate也可以用于编造虚假的东西和信息，比如When you tell the teacher the dog ate your homework, you’ve fabricated a pretty silly excuse.（跟老师说作业被狗吃了，这就是编造的谎言）
