党的十八大以来，每逢春节前夕，无论国事多么繁忙，都要抽出几天时间走进人民群众中间，看实情、听民声、问冷暖、送祝福。
始终惦念着基层群众。从2013年至今，无论是登上海拔1000多米的阿尔山市边境哨所，还是下到20多米深的北京地铁地下作业平台，或是踏过飞扬的黄土、绕过九曲十八弯……心之所系，行之所至，都会来到群众身边。
最牵挂的是脱贫攻坚。为了“看真贫、扶真贫、真扶贫”，既挂帅又出征，走遍了全国14个集中连片特困地区。

当前外防输入、内防反弹任务仍然艰巨。为减少疫情传播风险，提倡就地过年。各地区各部门要做好就地过年的服务保障工作，让群众过一个特别而又温馨的春节。
It remains a formidable task to prevent imported infections and domestic resurgence. Local authorities should improve services and ensure a special and heartwarming Spring Festival since people are encouraged to stay put for the holiday this year to curb the spread of the virus.
