Secondly, we can have more communication with our mentors and friends. Usually, we are trapped in our negative mindset. Without external help, we will never get out of it. As the saying goes, the onlooker sees most of the game. Constructive communication will galvanize us into positive thinking and help us rediscover our own identity.

Thirdly, we should exercise more. By exercising our body, we will have a peace of mind. And our brain will produce nutrition to nourish our mind continuously.

Lastly, be grateful and altruistic. When we concentrate our attention on the good side of everything, we will surround ourselves with more blessings. Believe it or not, you will be happier and feel more valued when you make contributions to the well-being of the people around you.

Don’t be afraid of negative feelings, and we can learn from them if we equip us with growth-mindset.
