亲爱的同学们，经过了一年多甚至两年多的学习，大家顺利地完成了初试，在等待成绩下发的时候我们要做些什么呢？我们除了要完成学校交给的学习任务之外，还要着手准备复试，那么对于英语面试来讲，每一位同学最应该准备的就是2分钟左右的英文自我介绍。那么今天老师就来给大家讲解一下，这篇英文自我介绍到底该包括什么样的内容？如何才能在2分钟之内让导师们更加地了解我们，从而使自己脱颖而出呢？
首先，老师先给大家一个忠告，就是大家在这段时间一定要先练习自己的英文发音，因为这是最基础的也是最重要的。其次，才是自我介绍的内容。下面老师就内容给大家进行指导。第一步，要注意整个英文自我介绍的完整度，也就是结构，跟作文一样，我们要采用总分总的结构，所以第一句我们需要写一句问候语，而不是上来就进行名字的介绍。问候语可以使用“上午好，导师们。我非常高兴能够站在这里介绍我自己”，将其简单转换成英文：“Good morning，dear professors. It is my pleasure to stand here to introduce myself to you!”接下来第二步，我们需要进行自我情况的介绍，这一部分大家最应该注意的点是我们不要说很多，简单介绍名字和院校或者专业什么的其实就可以了，千万不要自己的一些基本情况全都说出来，像年龄和性别这类的基本情况就无需过多赘述了。比如说：“I am Li Ming，taking Law as my major, this year I am going to graduate from Liaoning University.”第三步就是我们整篇自我介绍的重中之重，呈现亮点。如何能让自己脱颖而出，就是要靠给导师呈现的亮点，能不能让他们在短时间记住我们。一般老师的建议有几种类型，大家可以参考一下：学霸型，实践型，其他型等等，大家可以根据自我的情况进行整理。比如说，如果我们自己是学霸型，那么在这一部分就呈现出参加的比赛，取得好的成绩等等，老师给大家一个例子，可以简单参考一下：“ I’m open minded, quick in thought and very fond of study. Three years’ hard work in the college has equipped me with profound professional knowledge, which contributes to knocking the door of my ideal university. And I have always been active in various activities. I took part in the “Challenge Cup” Academic Technology Contest of Liaoning Province and got the first prize. These activities teach me not only what to learn, but also how to think.”最后一步，我们要进行总结，回到现在进行的活动上来，写一个结束语“如果老师们能给我机会的话，我一定怎么样，然后表达感谢”。最后老师把完整版的语言给大家附上，大家可以参考，也可以自己按照这个结构和思路写出一个非常符合自己的，也是能突出自己特色的优秀的自我介绍，祝大家能够在复试中取得好成绩！
