在英文版邮件或者某些中文版邮件中，例如Outlook，常会有Cc，Bcc，reply all，attachment等，这些分别指什么？怎么用？以下总结供参考。
1.Cc and Bcc
抄送和暗送
Cc指抄送，即让某人知道事情的进展，通常抄送的对象是领导。
Bcc指暗送，即收件人看不到这封邮件还发给了谁，通常用于不想让收件人知道你还发给了谁。
Cc means a 'carbon copy' of the email is sent to someone, who is generally boss; Bcc means that a 'blind carbon copy' is sent to people whose email addresses will not be seen by the recipient .
2. Bullet points
要点
即写邮件正文时候按照1、2、3等类似序号写出关键核心点，尽量语言简洁，条理清晰，逻辑和层次明确。不要像写文章一样整段。

表情符号
适当利用表情符号，可以准确传递情绪价值，让生硬的文字更能准确表达自己的想法。但正式的邮件中最好不要用表情符号。

Subject line
