Learn phrases instead of words.
学习短语而不只是单词
For example:
例如：
"appointment" can be "make an appointment",
“预约”可以是“做一个预约”，
"contract" can be "sign a contract",
“合同”可以是“签一个合同”，
or "meeting" can be "cancel a meeting".
或者“会议”可以是“取消一个会议”。

Repeat the word 7 to 10 times when you learn it.
当你学习时，重复新的单词七到十次。
Make sure you use the word in conversation with a friend or talk to yourself.
确保你与朋友谈话时使用这个单词或者可以和自己对话。
Then,use the word one hour later.
然后，一小时后，再使用这个单词。
Then,one day later.

Then,one week later.

Then,one month later.

If you can do this,you should be able to remember it.

Keep a vocabulary diary.

Just carry a little diary with you in your purse，in your backpack,or whatever you want,and when you see a new word,write it down.

Speak the sentences out loud to pracice your English and use the new words.

Limit how many words you study each day.

3 or 4 or 5 is OK,but 10 should be your maximum.
