What's happiness?

Someone compares happiness to mountaineering; some people care about the process of mountaineering while others care about the result.
（英语翻译）有人把幸福比作登山，一些人在意的是登山的过程，而另一些人在意的是攀登顶峰的结果。
So happiness has two kinds: one is to enjoy the process, the other is the result.

Process is a line while the result is a dot.

In the process of mountaineering, you can walk or stop, savor flowers, take in the beauty, enjoy the breeze's stroke and listen to the song of birds.
（英语翻译）在登山的过程中，你可以走走停停，欣赏鲜花，游览美景，享受清风的抚摸，静听小鸟的啼唱。
All wonders along the road are like a series of happiness stringed by a piece of string, tied in your heart and lingering in your mind.

And the result of mountaineering, perhaps, is to climb on the top of the mountain.

Maybe you can enjoy a happiness of conquering the peak, but it's temporary and momentary because the summit is just a dot,

you will ultimately walk down from it, and then that happiness will disappear.

Process is long whereas the result is short.

A string of happiness can have countless dots of happiness, but a dot of happiness is just a dot.

In the long journey of life, you will pass it quickly and it will disappear into thin air.
