我们汉语中有这样的表达：
我有两个苹果，一个是红色，另一个是绿色。
我有一堆苹果，一些是红色，另一些是绿色。
等等，
（为什么不用“香蕉”举例，因为有些词，用着用着，就跑偏了……）
那英语中是不是也有这样的分法呢？
答案是肯定的，相对应的，英语中也有这样的表达形式（other，others，another）。
他们的区别如下：
other表“其他“之意，
others是other的复数，表“其他一些”。
another从an other衍生而来，表“另一个”，（无复数形式）。
下面我们用图把汉语中遇到的情况都列举一下，
如：
一、当举例的物体等于2个时：
I have two apples,one is red;the other is green.
二、当举例的物体等于3个时：
I have there apples,one is red;another is yellow;the other is green.
三、当举例的物体大于等于3个时：
I have there apples.one is red; the others are green.
四、当举例的物体大于三时：
1、从中分出两个
I don't like this one;get me another;
2、从中分出两堆
Some of the apples are here,but where are the others?
3、从中分出两堆以上
Some apples are red and others are green.（剩下的可能黄色或黑色）
从上面可以看出，other，another，others这三者之间的区分，有the 没the 主要看是否已经举例完了，语境跟汉语很相似。
