below freezing 零下
It's supposed to be below freezing today. I should wear my gloves.

boiling hot 一个短语，形容天气非常热
It was boiling hot, so we decided to stay inside.

breeze 微风
Maybe you shouldn't wear a hat, it's breezy out today.

chilly 冷
I always wear a scarf when it's chilly.

I don't think you'll need an umbrella, it's only drizzling.
