在实验学校做校刊《雏鹰》编辑，也是我人生第一次接触编辑工作。由于是兼任，这就非常锻炼人啊。首先，我认真地学习并上手了关于采稿、组稿、排版、设计、印刷和装订等一系列的操作内容。现在想来，这段编辑经历，就是我的一大人生财富。
其次，校刊的语言，是主要使用汉语的，少量文章会用到英语。这就促使我重新做了一回中文系的学生。利用能利用的所有业余时间，广泛翻阅之前的所有历史校刊和各类报刊杂志。这段时间，我的汉语水平的确提升了不少。所以说，兼任校刊编辑，让我得到了前所未有的文字锻炼。

Working as the editor of the school journal "Young Eagle" in the experimental school was also my first contact with editing in my life. Because it was a part-time job, it was very training. First of all, I carefully studied and started a series of operations on draft collection, draft selection, typesetting, designing, printing and binding. Now, this editing experience is a great wealth of my life.
Secondly, the language of the school journal was mainly Chinese, and few articles would use English. This prompted me to be a student of Chinese literature. I made use of all the spare time available to read all the previous history school journals and all kinds of relevant newspapers and magazines. During this time, my Chinese level has indeed improved a lot. Therefore, being an editor of the school journal has given me unprecedented writing exercise.
