含有 be 动词的是非问句，将动词移至句首,并且使用”?”,语气使用升调.

They are new. – Are they new?
回答
回答是非问句时，我们通常使用 yes 或 no 起头，后跟 对应be 动词形式的简短回答。

No, she isn’t.
