在外企面试中，我们都会遇到一个永恒的问题-自我介绍。
然而，当面试官问你"Tell me about yourself" or "Introduce youself in brief"时，很多人都开始习惯性地背简历，甚至讲述一些跟个人工作性质和品质无关的东西，当你讲到你的优点的时候，或许面试官已经准备吃午饭了……
当然，面试之前做一个自我介绍的准备无可厚非，但是你得聚焦在你前续工作的内容和职责甚至取得的成就，切记流水账似的讲故事，你要用概括性的语言去总结你的过去，体现你的能力和价值。
不卑不吭，推销自己过分的谦虚不仅显得有点假，更会让面试官对你没有任何好感。
所以，要勇于推销自己，不要指望面试官看着你卑微的外表觉得你有多伟大多睿智，现实是残酷的，任何一份工作的竞争都是激烈的。
所以你得花时间去准备，去回顾，保持自我个性的同时，要大胆推销自我，用数据说话，展现你的硬实力。
永远不要想当然认为面试官已经阅读了你的简历，你要做好充足的准备，用你的电梯演讲强调你个人3、4处优势，突出你区别于普通面试者的闪光点。
以下是你在面试之前需要用英语去思考并回答的问题：
- Start with an important strength the hiring manager is drooling for. 从人事经理迫切需要招聘者的优势开始（可以参看岗位招聘简介）。
- Tell how that skill or quality helped your recent employer. 阐述你的技能和品质是如何帮助你的上一任雇主（个人闪光点）。
- Give metrics to show it helped a past employer too. 列举一些数据证明你如何给上一家公司带来价值（过往业绩）。
- Tell how this new opportunity will help you grow your talents even more. 表述你对公司平台对你未来持续发展的期待。
