欧阳鹤（1927-2019），字子皋，湖南长沙人，清华大学毕业，教授级高级工程师。曾任中国电力诗词学会常务副会长、中华诗词学会顾问等。有《欧阳鹤诗词选》、《落霞秋水集》等。
