第一步
打开Xmind软件，有多种思维导图模板可供选择，用户可以选择其中一种进行创作。

选择模板进入界面，可以看见界面有一个中心主题，上方是工具栏，可以进行各种操作
右边的“格式”可以改变每个框架的颜色、字体、大小、结构等：选定需要改变的主题块，然后修改右侧相应的参数。

第三步

点击上方“主题”可以添加分支主题，对于分支主题可以添加对应的“子主题”，选定某一个分支主题或者子主题可以通过“联系”进行连接
每一个主题中都可以添加“笔记”进行注释，以便之后查看
同时，每个主题中可以插入图片、公式等，方便我们进行内容的归纳
完成思维导图的搭建后，我们可以点击右上方的“ZEN”进行全频的查看
