1 同位语从句和定语从句区别

课文：When reports came into London Zoo that a wild puma had been spotted forty-five miles south of London, they were not taken seriously. (Lesson1 A puma at large).

其中that 引导的从句是reports 的同位语，同位语关系代词只能是that, that用于进一步说明reports的内容。

同位语从句中that在句子中起一个连接作用，不做句子成分。而在定语从句中，that是充当句子成分的。

同位语从句前面i的名词一般为 news, idea, fact, thought, suggestion 等。而定语从句中的先行词可以是名词，代词等。

例句：定语从句： I heard the news that she told me. the news 在从句中做told的宾语。
