夹沙包这个游戏在美国不普遍，根据动作，我们的外教团队认为可以说：Beanbag foot toss= Beanbag foot throw夹沙包
Toss和throw都是扔的意思，用手扔也用它们。
Put the beanbag between the ends of your feet on the ground,
把沙包放在地上，夹在脚尖之间，
as if you were holding it between your toes.
好像你是用脚趾把它夹住一样。
Make sure your feet are close.
注意脚要并拢。
Then, jump up and throw the beanbag forward with your feet
然后，跳起来，用脚把沙包往前夹，
and see how far you can make it go.
看看你能夹多远。
You toss it to me and then I'll toss it to you.
