5月13日,微信官方发布公告称,某些公众号、APP软件等主体通过返学费、送实物等方式,利诱微信用户分享其链接(包括二维码图片等)到朋友圈“打卡”,严重影响朋友圈用户体验。
微信官方还附上了部分违规案例,截图举例了流利说、薄荷阅读、潘多拉英语、火箭单词四款产品。
Your friends' ads for English lessons are all over WeChat Moments, but they could soon be history. On Monday, WeChat, China's major instant messaging app, reiterated its rule against companies enticing users to share advertising-related links and QR code images in return for incentives, educational apps in particular.
According to a statement by WeChat's official account, some popular English learning apps including Liulishuo and Mint Reading are criticized of violating the platform's rules by incentivizing users to share links in a bid of promotions like tuition rewards and physical books. WeChat also said that these advertisements could often flood people's WeChat Moments.

对于网友不应“一棒子打死”的评论,微信官方回应道:禁止“打卡”是要“打击部分主体利诱用户朋友圈打卡的行为,实际是(商家)利用用户的学习热情来达到自己流量扩散的目的,本质还是一种恶意营销手段。”

Some supported WeChat’s latest measures of preventing ad spamming, while some insisted that sharing those links and pictures was not only an ad for the education apps, but also a way to witness their own English learning progress.
A WeChat official account wrote that prohibiting users from sharing such posts is only limits companies from urging their users to promote their products, while the users are still allowed to share their learning enthusiasm.
商家回应:无需分享朋友圈也会有奖励
就在微信发布该公告后,有部分网友担心,自己先前的“打卡”成绩还算数吗?本该得到的奖励还会照常发放吗?
对此,被微信点名的英语类产品纷纷表示支持微信的决定,否认“打卡”是一种“利诱”,并表明当初“希望通过这种形式让用户轻松愉快的学习,爱上英语。”
随后,流利阅读、火箭单词等公众号调整了“打卡”的奖励规则:只要用户每天完成当日学习,无需分享朋友圈即可获得奖励,以前的朋友圈“打卡”记录可以删除,但不会对奖励产生任何影响。不过,学员仍可选择“打卡”监督自己。
The companies, however, denied the intention of forcing their users to do marketing for them but said they only wanted to encourage studying progress. However, later, they canceled the “sharing to Moments” requirement for users to complete their daily lesson.
其它“泛滥成灾”的朋友圈转发内容
除了各种“打卡”链接的“轰炸”,部分网友也吐槽了其它在朋友圈里“泛滥成灾”的转发内容,比如集赞享免单、转发拆红包以及多人分享参与拼团等。
根据微信官方发布的《微信外部链接内容管理规范》,上述行为和“打卡”一样,均属于诱导分享的行为。此外,用“不转不是中国人”、 “转发后一生平安”、“转疯了”等夸张语言引诱微信用户转发分享的,也属于诱导分享的行为。
而除了诱导性分享,微信还指出了其它违反规范的内容,比如:
1. 诱导关注类内容:用“关注后查看答案、领取红包”等活动强制或诱导用户关注公众号。
2. H5游戏、测试类内容:以游戏、测试等方式,吸引用户参与互动。
3. 谣言类内容:发送不实信息,制造谣言,可能对他人、企业或其他机构造成损害。
4. 题文不符、内容低俗的信息:故意拟制耸动标题,或以明显倾向性、误导性、煽动性的标题吸引他人点击的,即俗称“标题党”。
对于诱导分享类内容和上述违规内容,微信团队或将采取永久封禁帐号的措施。
Apart from learning apps' offering rewards for people to share content, many WeChat users also complained about other frequently-seen practices in Moments that affect their user experience. For example, some companies' official WeChat accounts give discounts or bonuses for sharing advertisement-related content.
According to the rule released by WeChat on Monday, all content that incentivizes users to spam are prohibited. Meanwhile, it said practices, like offering rewards to follow WeChat accounts, publishing links containing rumors and using "clickbait" to spread vulgar and inflammatory information will be cracked down on as well. Those violating the rule will see their accounts permanently shut down.
再靠低成本在微信获取用户?晚了
不论你是否买过此类付费产品,或多或少都在微信看到过今日“打卡”、进群免费领资料、分享朋友圈免费获得课程等情况。
事实上,朋友圈分享是一种一对多、低成本、低技术含量、高效传播的营销手段。
对一部分此前完全依靠“打卡”裂变增长的教育类或知识付费产品而言,互联网运营专家、三节课联合创始人黄有璨称微信此举“近乎灭顶之灾”,可能会终结一传十、十传百的微信裂变增长时代。
黄有璨在微信公众号分析,“朋友圈”未来将毫无疑问成为营销的红线,此后,除了通过优质内容占据朋友圈外,其他依靠运营玩法和机制在朋友圈的“刷屏营销”可能将会渐渐绝迹。
