William：Says who?
Jeff：Ah…who? I've told you it's Alipapa. You idiot?（什么谁？我在跟你说阿里巴巴，白痴喔！）
William：.......
Says who？不是在说谁
Says who? 原本的意思应该是："Who says that?"（谁说的？），带有较激烈的口气，表示自己不认同你的看法，属于非正式场合（informal）的说法，在口语中很常见。
A：Mercedes GLA is the best!（宾士GLA是最赞的！）
B：Says who?（谁说的！）

Says you.鬼才相信！／才怪！
A：You're fat!
B：Says you?
这个就相对容易联想了，Says you.（我听你在那边说）（假话），表示："You say that, but that does not make it true or correct, and I disagree." 注意这里主词即便是you，惯用方式还是用"says"而不是say。
合约写了什么不是用Write
试着翻译这句：合约书上写什么？

写了什么，重点不在「写」（write），而是「说」（say）了什么。write这个字只有人当主词的时候才能写，因为合约、书都不会自己写，「一本书写得很好」会说"This book is well written."而不会说"This book writes well."。
