接下去我们来看第77-78课的内容：
一、重要句型或语法
1、have的用法
本课侧重学习的是have表示“做”的意思，相当于do或make。如：Do you have an appointment?
2、情态动词must和can
本课的must与can的用法与第61-66课中的用法一样。如：Can you come at 10 a.m.? / I must see the doctor now, nurse.
二、课文主要语言点
| I want to see the dentist, please. | 1）see the dentist，表示想见牙医，其实是指找牙医看牙齿。 2）注意区分dentist/doctor。可以拓展vet、surgeon和physician。 |
| Do you have an appointment? | 1）可对have的用法进行拓展，如：have a walk，have a holiday，have a rest。 2）注意appointment是apppoint后面加了名词后缀-ment构成的。appoint表示“预约；任命”。 |
| Is it urgent? | urgent表示“紧急的；紧迫的”。 |
| I feel awful. | 1）awful，表示“可怕的；糟糕的”，相当于terrible。 2）可快速复习一下感官系动词：look/sound/smell/taste/feel。提醒学生feel的过去式时felt。 |
| I have a terrible toothache. | 复习第61-62课中have表示“患病”的意思，如：have a cold/temperature。 |
| Can you come at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 24th? | 1）复习表时间的介词at/in/on的用法。 2）注意几月几号的表达，几号用序数词表达，读的时候几号前面要读出定冠词the，即April the twenty-fourth。 3）结合下文里出现的p.m.，解释a.m.和p.m.的意思和用法。 |
| I must see the dentist now. | 复习must表“必须”的用法，注意其否定形式是needn't，而mustn't表示的是“禁止；不能”。 |
| The dentist is very busy at the moment. | 1）可拓展be busy doing表示“忙于做某事”的用法，如：The dentist is busy seeing the patients. 2）提醒学生注意at the moment。本句话的谓语动词如果不是系动词be，而是其他行为动词的话，动词就要用进行时了。如：The dentist is seeing the patients at the moment. |
| I'm afraid that he can't, Mr. Croft. | I'm afraid that ...，作为句型进行操练。如：I'm afraid that she is busy at the moment. |
| Can't you wait till this afternoon? | Can't sb. do sth.?，反问句，意为：某人就不能做什么吗？ |
| I can wait, but my toothache can't. | 本句话是由but连接的并列句，而且前后两句话结构完全一样，一个肯定，一个否定，形成了鲜明对照，达到了较好的强调效果。 |

1、日期和时刻的表达：表时间的介词at/in/on的用法
2、复习一般过去时的用法：操练句型When did sb. do...? sb. did ...at/in/on...
3、复习星期、月份和年份和几月几号的表达
