When we complain about the heavy smog hanging over our homes, a large number of people are eyeing, tracking and reflecting the social issues around us in their own ways. They are the contemporary artists who are filled with humanistic care and are emphasizing ecology and environment.

Existence is a six-meter-long wooden sculpture weighing 850 kg. A wooden wheel is connected via a rope to a heavier weight. A state of balance under tension is created.
2011年，具有潜质的10位鲁迅美术学院学生和10位德国慕尼黑造型艺术学院学生，以个人的艺术语言和魅力创作了符合时代精神、解读社会问题的当代艺术作品。

However, the fruits of the Sino-German cultural exchange, 20 masterpieces in all, are not tucked away in an art gallery. They are now on permanent display at BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd’s Tiexi plant in Shenyang city, capital of Liaoning province.

These contemporary art pieces merge seamlessly into the environment around the Tiexi plant main building, inspiring and enlightening the tens of thousands of employees and visitors every day, and also bringing joy to them.
“我朋友”就在这工作，华晨宝马就是传说中的“别人家公司”。铁西工厂总面积有10个鸟巢场馆辣么大。“我朋友”这个无法超越的神人说，艺术、人、工业在这里成就了完美的神组合。
“人家公司”设计办公楼的时候就用上了绿色建筑及节能设计理念，让主楼的节能使命贯穿整个使用生命周期。
The company designed the office building keeping the concepts of green building and energy savings in mind, so that the main building saves energy throughout its lifetime.

The Tiexi plant is among the three most sustainable plants in BMW Group’s worldwide production facilities, together with one in Germany and another in the United States.
人家华晨宝马铁西工厂采用了60多种节能减排措施。比如在建厂之初，最先完成的是一条长达2公里的能源隧道，电力、供水、供热和通风的管道都集中在这条隧道里。未来的厂房扩建可以省去管道挖掘和铺设工程。
Their BMW Brilliance Tiexi plant took more than 60 measures to save energy and cut emission. An example is the two-km tunnel laid at the beginning of the construction. The supply of power and water, the heating and ventilation come through the pipes laid in the tunnel. As a result, any future expansion will require no excavating and relaying.

The sustainable development strategy was carried on based on location choice, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, resources and materials, indoor environmental quality. As a result, the high-performance green building even received Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold rating, becoming one of the very rare winners in the country.
节能环保的努力帮助华晨宝马两年来持续降低企业平均燃料消耗量到2015年至6.95升/百公里，比2014年的7.06升/百公里少了1.6%。
The efforts have helped BMW Brilliance to continuously lower the Corporate Average Fuel Consumption to 6.95 liter every 100 kilometers for each vehicle, 1.6 percent less the 7.06 liter in 2014.

The achievement ranked the company No 1 among the peers for a second consecutive year, and set a role model for the nation’s sector reaching less than 5-liter fuel consumption on running 100 km by 2020.

BMW Brilliance achieved an energy consumption rate of 1.66 MWh per vehicle produced in 2015. It’s not only 0.6 percent less from 1.67 MWh in 2014, but also 2,881 MWh energy is saved. Calculating the company’s 288,055-unit annual production scale last year, the further saved energy would be enough to manufacture 1,735 BMW cars.
