如何主持依据《罗伯特议事规则》来进行的正式会议？
（《罗伯特议事规则》是当今最重要的议事规则,被广泛地运用在政府机构、企业组织、民间团体的议事活动之中。）
1. The meeting will come to order.
即将宣布开会。
It's time to begin; the meeting will come to order.
是时候该开始了；即将宣布开会。
2. Are there any corrections to the minutes?
会议记录是否有要修正的吗？
Are there any corrections to the minutes, or are they fine as they are?
会议记录是否有要修正的吗，还是像现在这样就好了？
3. The chair recognizes sb.
主席准许某人发言。
The chair recognizes Mr. Bill Wallace. Mr. Wallace, you have the floor.
主席准许比尔‧华勒斯先生发言。华勒斯先生，你现在有发言权。
4. Is there a second to this motion?
有人附议此项动议吗？
The motion has been made. Is there a second to this motion?
动议已提出。有人附议此项动议吗？
5. It has been moved and seconded...
⋯⋯动议已提出，并获得附议。

此动议需要三分之二的投票通过。

8. All in favor say ''aye''; all opposed say ''no.''
所有同意的请说『赞成』；不同意的则说『反对』。
All in favor of the motion to sign the contract say ''aye''; all opposed, say ''no.''
所有同意此动议签署这份合约的请说『赞成』；而不同意的则说『反对』。
9. The vote is (number) in favor to (number) against.
投票结果是（票数）赞成对（票数）反对。

10. The ''ayes'' / ''noes'' have it.
