但找不到支撑理由，其实是一件很正常的事情。每个人的经历都不一样，思考问题的方式也不一样。但是，无论思维方式差别如何打，我们都会通过“举例”来支撑观点。
因此，当你找不到足够多的支撑理由时，为什么不试一试通过“举例”来支撑呢？
针对上面的“手机上瘾的后果”段落写作，我们可以通过举例的方式扩展如下：

因此，我们可以继续写作如下：
As a result（因此）, they may not be able to concentrate during class hours and their academic performances may be negatively affected. This consequence would bring more pressure to students both psychologically and emotionally.
综上所述，我们可以把整个段落，写作如下：
Smartphone addiction leads to serious consequences. For example, students who constantly stare at a smartphone screen may suffer from many uncomfortable eye-related symptoms such as eyestrain, dry eyes, fatigue and blurred vision. As a result, they may not be able to concentrate during class hours and their academic performances may be negatively affected. 段落中该使用怎样的词汇
在英语作文中，怎样的词汇才是好词汇，其实并没有定论。但是与写作话题相关的词汇(topic-related vocabulary)一定是好词。
