9月17日，由北京俄罗斯文化中心、欧美同学会留苏分会主办的庆祝《中俄睦邻友好合作条约》签署二十周年“友谊之歌”高磊俄语歌曲演唱会在北京俄罗斯文化中心隆重举行。

在《中俄睦邻友好合作条约》签署二十周年之际，高磊精选十余首俄语歌曲，其中有国人耳熟能详的《莫斯科郊外的晚上》、《喀秋莎》、《幸福鸟》等经典曲目，也有旋律优美的《卡林卡》等俄罗斯民歌。
On the twentieth anniversary of the signing of the "Sino-Russian Treaty of Good Neighborliness, Friendship and Cooperation", Gao Lei selected more than ten Russian songs, including classics such as "Night in the Outskirts of Moscow", "Katyusha", "Happy Bird" and so on. The repertoire also includes Russian folk songs such as "Kalinka" with beautiful melody.
