4/ When you give orders or requirements to others, try not to be too direct.---当你向别人发出命令或要求时，尽量不要太直接。

5/ When you are too busy to answer others, don’t be rude.---当你太忙而无法应答别人时,别那么粗鲁。

6/ When you want to know some information from others, be nice.---当你想从别人那里了解一些信息的时候,友善待人。
× Tell me...---告诉我。。。
e.g. Tell me when you have free time.---告诉我你什么时候有空。
√ Let me know...---让我知道。。。
e.g. Let me know when you have free time.---当你有空的时候请让我知道。
7/ When you try to show your different opinions or disagreement, it's better to be gentle.---当你试图表达你的不同意见或不赞同时，最好温柔一点。
× You’re wrong.---你错了。
× I don’t agree.---我不同意。
√ I think you might be mistaken.---我想你可能弄错了。
√ I’m afraid I disagree.---恐怕我不同意。
8/ When you want to share different ideas on others proposal, avoid using negative words is a good choice.---当你想对别人的提案给出不同的想法时，避免使用负面词汇是个不错的选择。
× That’s a bad idea.---那不是个好主意。

e.g. Can you turn the music down?---你能把音乐关小声点吗？
√ Could you...?---你能否。。。？
e.g. Could you turn the music down?---你能否把音乐关小声点?
√ Would you mind...?---你介意…吗？
e.g. Would you mind turning the music down?---你介意把音乐关小一点吗?
√ If you wouldn’t mind...---如果你不介意的话。。。
e.g. If you wouldn’t mind turning the music down.---如果你不介意话能把音乐关小一点吗？
12/ If you didn’t catch others words and want them to repeat, saying “I’m sorry” is more polite.---如果你没听清，想让别人重复，说“对不起”更有礼貌。
× What? ---什么？
√ I’m sorry, what did you say? ---对不起，你说什么?
√ I’m sorry, I didn’t hear what you said, what was that?---对不起，我没听清，刚才你说什么?
13/ When you completely disagree with others, don’t be aggressive.---当你完全不同意别人的观点时，不要咄咄逼人。
× No! You’re wrong!---不!你错了!
√ I’m not so sure about that...---我不太确定。。。
√ OK, you have a point but...---好吧，你说得有道理，但是。。。
