中国民航局(CAAC)表示,两年后,中国空管与飞行员交流只能用全英文,民航局官员表示,这样做可以提高外国飞行员的态势感知能力,使用英语沟通能使外国飞行员能够听懂区域内空管与其他飞行员的交流,充分了解空域中每架飞机的位置,改善飞行安全。

貌似说得挺有道理,但这样的话一些空中乌龙想必肯定会发生,虽然“他们中的大多数人都参加过为期6个月的英文强制训练”。

中国空管&飞行员,和本地人说着外地话,你们还习惯吗?

众所周知,民用航空安全性第一,各项工作高度规范化,空管与飞行员的交流有严格的无线电陆空通话规则,可不是你想象的一般“交流”,能把意思表达清楚那么简单。

机务也一样,假如某一天机务也要求用英语说话,那会怎么样?(当然,只是假设,在国内大概是不可能的,因为这样做貌似并没什么卵用,对了,我能想到的唯一的好处就是好几十万页的英文手册不必再翻译成中文)

1、航班延误时这样说

The flight is delayed due to the weather /mechanical fault .(航班因天气/机械故障原因延误了)

2、飞机到达停机位时这样说

Make sure the aircraft parking area is clear of completion of obstruction.(请确认飞机停留区域清洁,无障碍物)

Contact the cockpit with interphone. (请与驾驶舱进行通话联系)

Set /release parking brake.(请将停留刹车刹住/松开)

Parking /brake is set/released(停留刹车已刹上/松开)

Position/remove wheel chocks please.(请档上/挪开轮档)

Insert/remove landing gear safety pin.(请插上/取下起落架安全销)

Landing gear safety pins are insert/released.(起落架安全销已插上/取下)

Shut down engines.(请关车)

3、维护飞机时这样说

Open landing gear door and check the system line /wire/component for damage /loose/leakage.(打开起落架舱门检查系统管路/导线/部件有无损坏/松动/渗漏)

Shock absorber sliding tube is correct extension and cleanliness.(减震支柱内筒伸出正常且洁净)

Check the indication of pressure gauge on landing gear strut.(请检查起落架减震支柱压力指示)

Please check tyre for damage and wear.(请检查轮胎的损坏和磨损情况)

Please get me a compressed air /Nitrogen cylinder to charge the tyre.(请拿一个冷气/氮气瓶给轮胎充气)

No damage and leakage for gear assembly structure attachment and up-assembly.( 起落架组件结构,连接及上锁组件无损伤和渗漏现象)

Check the wheel rim damaged.(检查轮缘有损伤)

Check no leakage/overheat for brake unit.(检查刹车组件无渗漏/过热现象。)

We are going to have the wheel assembly replaced . please get me tow axle jacks.(我们要更换机轮,请帮助找两个轮轴千斤顶)

Please check for brake assembly wear.( 请检查刹车的磨损情况)

4、检查发动机时这样说

Please wipe excess oil from engine nacelles and landing gears. (擦掉发动机吊舱和起落架上多余的油)

No damage and fluid leakage from engine pylon and cowling doors.(发动机吊架和整流罩无液压油渗漏和损伤)

Please open the engine cowling and check for leakage /overheat /wires //electrical connectors .(请打开发动机包皮检查渗漏/过热/导线/插头)

Check no damage for fan blades and turbine blades . (检查风扇叶片和涡轮叶片无损坏迹象)

Please taken the engine oil tank filler caps (请检发动机滑油加油口盖盖紧)

Engine IDG oil needs adding .(发动机IDG滑油需要补加)

5、货舱检查时这样说

Check no damage for interior of cargo compartment, compartment of structure and nets.(检查货舱内部无损坏,结构及栏网完好)

Visually inspect cargo compartment and door jambs, make sure that no liquid flows out or corrosion due to chemical produce, sea food and poultry etc.(目视检查货舱及厂门框,没有因化学制品,海鲜,家禽等货物而造成液体溢出或腐蚀现象)

Main cargo door cant’s be opened electrically, In order to avoid aircraft delay, we want to open it manually.(主货舱门打不开,为了不延误飞机,我们想人工断开舱门)

Please close cargo compartment doors .(请将货舱门关)

Set the passenger loading stand proper, don’t damage the aircraft.(请将客梯安置稳妥)

6、勤务工作这样说

Please clean crew and passenger oxygen system pressure (请检查机组和旅客氧气系统的压力)

Please clean the cabin compartment .(请将客舱打扫干净)

Please drain off potable water /toiler water or it be frozen. (请将水/次所系统的水全部放掉,否则会结冰)

Please refill water for front /rear toilet(请给前/后厠所加水)

Please arrange water servicing unit /a toilet servicing unit /an air conditioning unit /a deicing unit /a ladder for us.(请安排一辆加水车/放污车/空调车/除冰车/工作梯)

APU is fully inoperative, please call a ground power unit and tow air start units immediately.(APU失效,请马上来一辆电源车和两辆气源车)

Please connect the ground power unit /the air start unit .(请接上地面电源/气源)

7、加油,放油时这样说

The aircraft needs to be refilled with hydraulic fluid /oil .(飞机需要加液压油/滑油)

It is not allowed to use this brand of oil in our aircraft.(这种牌号的发动机滑油我们飞机不能用)

The aircraft needs refueling .Please call a refueling tender. (飞机需要加燃油,请叫一辆加油车)

Please advise the grade of fuel. (请问这是什么牌号的燃油)

Please put fire extinguisher in position before refuelling. (加油前请放好灭火瓶)

Please drain some deposit and water from No. 2 tank .(请从2号油箱放沉淀.)

How many gallons and from which tank shall we defuel .( 抽多少油?哪个油箱)

8、拖飞机时这样说

Please connect /disconnect the tow-bar. (请挂上/摘下拖把)。

Please start APU .( 请启动APU)

Please signal tractor drive to commence towing /pushback.(请示意拖车司机拖/倒飞机)

Clear for towing /pushback ,it is not into position ,a little more forward please .(请求拖/倒飞机,没有进入位置,请再往前一点)

The cross wind on the ground is so strong that the aircraft can not be towed.(地面侧风太强,不能拖飞机)

学好机务英语,摸遍飞机都不怕,当然,最基本的四六级,走遍天下都不怕,水平越高自然就越好。

没学好的怎么办?不用担心,只不过人生会有个小小的转变,完全HOLD得住!

到时候我们命运如此,哭鼻子都来不及了!当然,都是玩笑话,虽说机务工作比较辛酸,脏,苦,累还上不了台面,但相对来说还是比较稳当的一个行业,人应该有所追求,但也要有所满足,人比人,气死人,冤冤相气何时了,多一些务实,少一些抱怨,干哪行又是容易的呢?
