共产青年团礼拜六
Activities organized by the Communist Youth League of China in the revolutionary base to support the army and their families from 1931 to 1934.为了鼓舞红军士气，保证红军作战和生活物资的供应以及红军家庭的生活和生产，1931年2月19日，共青团中央决定开展“共青团员的礼拜六”活动。
共青团中央动员团员在休息日开展搬运粮食、挖战壕、运枪械、缝制军衣、军鞋、修补军装等工作 。
The Communist Youth League members were mobilized in the weekend for lifting food, digging trenches, transporting guns, sewing military clothing and shoes, and repairing military uniforms.
此后，一个以拥军优属为主要内容的“共产青年团礼拜六”活动蓬勃开展起来。
The campaign expanded from the Communist Youth League members to all young people, and finally reached staff at all levels in political, government and military organs, and other mass organizations.
1931年11月，苏维埃第一次代表大会通过《中国工农红军优待条例》。
共青团苏区中央局提出“礼拜六工作的主要内容，是帮助政府实现优待红军条例--耕作红军公田，帮助红军家属耕田，帮助红军运输与收买粮食等”。
义务劳动大军
为了支援红军，解除红军后顾之忧，各级团组织、少先队、儿童团按照居住区域，组织耕田队、生产队，包耕包收，组织服务队定期登门挑水、打柴、做饭。
In order to support the Red Army and lift their worries for home, the Communist Youth League members, Young Pioneers and the Children's Group organized the Farming Team and the Harvesting Team, and organized the service team to regularly fetching water, collecting firewood and cooking meals.
