注意：still 通常用于表示对某件事发生或持续很长时间感到惊奇，如：

already 则往往用来强调或暗示某事发生得如此之快，令人意想不到，如：
They were already eating their lunch (他们已经在吃午饭了)
yet 则常用在否定句和疑问句中加强语气，对某事尚未发生表示惊奇，或表示某事以后会发生，指某事尚未发生或完成，或某种情形尚未出现，也可用于询问某事是否已经发生，多用于否定句和疑问句中。如：Have you seen it yet .(你已经见过它了吗)
The troops could not yet see the shore. (部队还看不到海岸)
It isn't dark yet (天还没黑).The task is not yet finished.
